The Oscoda County ORV Ordinance goes into effect Friday May 15, 2009
The Ordinance

The Ordinance provides
All County roads, primary and local, are open to ORV operation, subject to the conditions set in this ordinance at a speed of not greater than 20mph
You need to know the roads NOT covered by this ordinance, primarily the USFS Rds adjacent to Bull Gap and Meadows Trails

Opportunities to ride within Oscoda County have just expanded, but the possibility of receiving a $175 fine still exist if you are in the wrong place within USFS jurisdiction, donÃÂt spoil your enjoyment by being in that wrong place
